MachCloud delivers Digital Communication Services to Resellers in European countries. These services are delivered through the MachCloud Service Delivery Platform. With this platform Resellers can offer fully automated and thus efficient their ICT and Telephony products and services to their customers.
MachCloud delivers national and international telephony services for Microsoft products like Teams and Skype4B as well as for company/cloud Public Branch eXchange (PBX and VoIP).
Services are MachVoice-Teams, MachVoice-Skype4B, MachVoice-SIPtrunk and MachVoice-CloudPBX which are sold by Resellers under their own brand.
MachCloud also delivers through her MachMarket several ICT products from third parties like Microsoft (Office365 and Azure licenses) and Digicert (certificates). The MachCloud team consists of experts from all parts of the world, having detailed experience with cloud-based services.
As Support Consultant you are responsible for offering technical and administrative support to our Resellers and Corporate customers. Customer happiness is paramount and as Consultant you are an important ink within our organization. After an internal training about the MachCloud services, you can offer support independently. You work in an (international) team but also capable of working independently.
