Microsoft 365 licenses have an attractive price. Company A’s IT Manager can add and remove licenses in real-time using MachCloud’s web portal, allowing set-up of a remote work business phone in a matter of minutes.
Company B has 100 employees, a contact center and an advanced call routing PBX. Microsoft Teams is introduced and remote working introduces new challenges with current phone system.
