Yes. Every CloudPBX user can have its own landline phone number. This can be a new phone number or an existing phone number. In case of an existing number, MachCloud will connect your number to the CloudPBX.

MachCloud, as a certified Telecom Operator, offers a complete PBX service with SIP Trunk and phone numbers. The service covers emergency calling, high availability and geographic redundancy, fraud detection and fraud prevention.

You do, very easily. MachCloud is a self-service communication service and experts are always available for help. We recommend to purchase training and fasttrack set-up package for your own convenience. Additional support can be purchased through a Support ticket.

No, you don’t need an additional Calling plan. MachCloud CloudPBX usage is billed on Pay-as-you-Go basis. You pay for the actual phone calls on a per second basis.
